Music Shopping Mall recommends the album “Let It Die” by Feist. Feist’s voice is as alluring as her lyrics in songs such as “Gatekeeper” and “One Evening”. Feist’s album comprises of part storytelling and part doo-wop.

Feist’s voice in her songs “Gatekeeper” and “Secret Heart” have a sultry seductive tone. You can tell from the instrument choice and in songs like “Mushaboom” and “Leisure Suit” that she keeps her originality a high priority. More conventional sounding songs like “MushaBoom” and “One Evening” cater to the radio audience because the tune is easily digestable and the verses carry over thoughtfully.

Feist will be enjoyed by a lounge-loving crowd. The album transitions well from poignant to relaxation tune; however is not catchy enough to gather a big following. Music Shopping Mall recommends those songs we mentioned, but the lyrical impact isn’t strong enough to attract the attention of the masses.
